Survival

One way to survive a long winter with a new baby is to have a lot of family come to visit. We have been so lucky and blessed to have that. Second is to take a little getaway to Capitol Reef National Park-it is only 80 minutes away from Richfield and it is absolutely beautiful there! The sun was shining and we had great company! Too bad I haven't exercised for about a year because boy was I beat for a few days after this!
