This was written by Clancy, pretending to sound like Katie, but at the end he realized it didn't sound like Katie, so he's just anouncing the truth.
Well, Our wedding was amazing. Everything went great. We got so much help from family, friends, the photographer, the reception center, the Temple Workers, and everyone else so that we were able to just enjoy the day and we're so grateful for that.
The Sealing was at 12 so we had to be there by 11, which means we had to leave by 9 to be safe, which means I had to do my hair at 7. So the day got an early start. After my hair and makeup were done we started driving down to Manti. It was weird leaving. Just like, "ok, lets go get married." Things really sank in when we got close to Manti and could see the temple. It was great because since we've been engaged anytime we had one of those "holy cow what are we doing?" moments, we could feel again that what we were doing was right and good, and it was what Heavenly Father wanted for us. And seeing the temple was definately one of those moments.
It was cool getting to the temple and feeling like all the workers had just been there waiting for us. They greeted us by name and showed us where we needed to be. And it was so awesome to have so many friends and family there to share it with us. It meant a lot to see all them and the time they had taken to be there. The Sealing was perefect. The Sealer told some jokes along with being serious, which fit great with our style and helped everyone relax. Neither of us really remember much of what he said, other than that we need to "go and do." And reminded us to focus on helping and serving the other person first.

Pictures after the sealing went great. The photographer was easy to work with and we got all the shots with family and friends that we wanted. Then we all left to make final preparations for the reception.
The reception was perfect. The mood and look of it all was exactly what we wanted and it seemed like everybody enjoyed it. We loved seeing so many people that we love all there together and are so glad everyone could make it. Then after all the festivities we took off for our honeymoon. Clancy had to clear some clutter off of the car first (his favorite part) but we got out of there fine.
It was the best day of our lives, we enjoyed every minute and are so grateful for all the people that made it possible. Especially to our families for raising us in a way that we could be prepared to experience something so wonderful.

Thanks for sharing your special day with us. It was special for me too. I loved helping Katie get in her wedding dress and preped to walk out to see her husband. I'll never forget the look on Clancy's face when Katie walked out in her wedding dress for the first time. This is only the beginning. Love, Ju
I remember getting to the temple and it was like everyone knew us and were there to help us. They knew us by name also it seemed. We did have some drama though getting there a little late and no one could find Taylor, he was wandering around the underground parking garage. we were all trying to call him. Funny now. Tearful then.
